ELT 281 - Antennas and Transmission Lines

Lecture Hours: 2
Credit Hours: 2

Covers the practical and theoretical aspects of basic transmission lines and antennas. Includes characteristics and properties of open-wire, coaxial, and special purpose transmission lines, plus those of vertical and horizontal antennas, and the coupling of source, transmission lines, and antennas. Promotes and supports sustainable and green technologies.

Prerequisite: ELT 244  and ELT 252 , each with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor.
