Graduates of the Fire Prevention program may be hired by public fire departments and industrial businesses as fire prevention specialists.
Our Cooperative Work Experience program allows you to apply your knowledge and skills while earning college credit for working in a state or local fire prevention bureau. With the approval of the program chair, you may enroll in FRP 280B - Cooperative Work Experience -FRP 280L - Cooperative Work Experience and earn college credit hours.
