APR 166E Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Architectural Systems Lecture Hours: 4 Lab Hours: 2 Credits: 5
Presents related training material consistent with the minimum skill requirements of the sheet metal trade, including fabrication of roof drainage components and HVAC ductwork.
Prerequisite: APR 166D with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor. Student Learning Outcomes:
- Fabricate and fit architectural sheet metal shapes
- Explain roof drainage system components.
- Fabricate hoods and a roof ventilator.
- Fabricate fittings using common layout methods.
