Covers legal aspects of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), property, business entities, agency and partnership law.

Recommended: Placement into WR 121Z ; and completion of BA 101Z  and BA 226 , each with a grade of C or better.

Student Learning Outcomes:
  1. Explain the basic principles of law that apply to uniform commercial code (UCC), property, business entities, agency and partnerships. 
  2. Analyze cases concerning business law problems and provide written solutions to those problems. 
  3. Use the vocabulary of business law in oral and written presentations.
