BA 235 Procurement for State and Local Governments Lecture Hours: 4 Credits: 4
Provides a basic understanding of pertinent topics and influences that shape the public procurement profession. Includes fundamentals of public procurement: competition, impartiality and openness, effective use of public funds, innovation, and flexibility.
Recommended: Placement into WR 121Z ; and completion of BA 101Z with a grade of C or better.
