ELT 222 Programming Concepts 2 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 2 Credits: 4
rovides the second course in the Programming Concepts sequence. Covers interfacing and application of C/C++ concepts to common hardware devices in electronics. Promotes and supports sustainable and green technologies.
Prerequisite: ELT 111 , ELT 121 , ELT 132 , and ELT 151 ; or consent of instructor. (All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.) Student Learning Outcomes:
- Write C/C++ programs that interface to common hardware devices found in electronics.
- Apply PC port fundamentals to software/hardware interfacing.
- Construct hardware interfacing circuitry.
