Presents an active self-defense course designed to introduce the knowledge and safety in self-defense. Uses elements of surprise and the principles of leverage as key factors in the methods. Beginning

  1. Use correct techniques for warming up before working out.
  2. Describe and use techniques to increase endurance and flexibility.
  3. Perform problem-solving strategies when being attacked.
  4. Use action plans to participate in group self-defense attacks as well as individualized work.
  5. Perform as the aggressor as well as a defender.
  6. Perform twenty-one self-defense techniques.
