VMW 290 Wine Studies Capstone

Provides the opportunity to demonstrate organization and leadership in a guided learning project. Promotes the application, further development, and deeper understanding of learned skills and techniques in Wine Studies program. Improves project management skills. Promotes career-readiness.

Prerequisite: VMW 222  with a grade of C or better; and must be in the last term of Vineyard Management and/or Winemaking program. Instructor approval required.
Student Learning Outcomes:
  1. Propose, prepare, and present a capstone project relevant to personal wine career goals 
  2. Demonstrate project planning and organizational skills 
  3. Research professional development opportunities within career field. 
  4. Create and present a professional CV/resume
