Prepares students to manage winery retail operations and direct-to-consumer sales channels. Students will learn business, marketing, and personal selling aspects of winery operations. Course modules will cover Tasting Room Management, Wine Club Management, eCommerce, and Wine Brand Management. PENDING STATE APPROVAL
Program Outcomes
- Prepare students to manage Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) distribution channels in Oregon’s wine industry.
- Develop student wine industry knowledge in order to effectively sell wine to consumers in retail winery locations.
You may earn a certificate of completion by successfully completing the required 16 credit hours with a grade of “C” or better in all courses.
