ENT 145 Introduction to Business Ownership

Evaluates the business skills and commitment necessary to successfully operate a business venture and reviews the challenges and rewards of business ownership.

Prerequisite: Placement into WR 115  (or higher), or completion of WR 090  (or higher) with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor.
Maximum number of credits course can be taken for: 3


Student Learning Outcomes:
  1. Define the role of the business owner in a business venture. 
  2. Describe the entrepreneurial profile and evaluate their own potential as a business owner. 
  3. Describe why creativity and innovation are an integral part of business ownership and entrepreneurship.
