ENT 150C Planning Your Business 3

Conclude the research, development, and documentation of the business plan. Focuses on financial management, including revenue, expenses, inventory, equity and debt, and financing through the use of integrated spreadsheets.

Prerequisite: Placement into WR 115  (or higher), or completion of WR 090  (or higher); and completion of ENT 150B ; and basic mastery of Excel; or consent of instructor. (All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.)
Student Learning Outcomes:
  1. Project the financial situation of a business concept, including needed start-up funds and pricing strategies. 
  2. Identify sources of financing using break-even analysis, and basic cash accounting systems. 
  3. Incorporate all the elements of a business plan needed for a start-up venture.
