Launches the statewide BASE seminar series connecting pre-service teachers across Oregon’s community colleges. Provides a collaborative space to reflect on early field experiences, share insights, and explore the professional responsibilities of educators. Focuses on developing habits of reflection, collaboration, and professional growth while building a statewide community of practice dedicated to inclusive, student-centered teaching.

Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education Program, or instructor approval.
