Continues the statewide BASE seminar series, supporting teacher candidates as they step into greater leadership within their field experiences. Focuses on the intersection of professional growth, reflection, and educator social-emotional competencies during the transition to lead teaching. Provides a statewide virtual space for collaboration, shared problem-solving, and exploration of strategies that strengthen instructional practice and professional confidence.

Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education Program, or instructor approval.
