Continuation of the statewide virtual seminar for teacher candidates during their practicum experience. Focuses on sustaining effective, reflective practice through community dialogue, problem-solving, and peer collaboration. Candidates explore strategies for maintaining professional balance, ethical reflection, and emotional resilience while deepening their sense of purpose and belonging as educators.

Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education Program, or instructor approval.
