Explores individual, team and organization human dynamics, that impacts function, form, and systems. Understand skills that foster organizational human processes for development of high commitment organizations. Build individual capacity to lead, engage, and manage change in business management.

Prerequisite: Admitted into Applied Baccalaureate Program; completed AAS degree; or consent of instructor.
Recommended: Prior management experience.
