MTH 105 - Math in Society

Provides a solid foundation in quantitative reasoning, symbolic reasoning, and problem solving techniques needed to be a productive, contributing citizen in the 21st century. Designed for Liberal Arts and Humanities majors.

Prerequisite: Placement into WR 115  (or higher), or completion of WR 090  (or higher); and placement into MTH 105 (or higher), or concurrent enrollment in MTH 105A , or equivalent course as determined by instructor; or consent of instructor. (All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.)
