PH 211 - Physics for Engineers and Scientists Lecture Hours: 4 Lab Hours: 3 Credit Hours: 5
Presents the first term of a three-term sequence of introductory calculus-based physics. Includes kinematics, Newton’s laws, energy, momentum, rotation, and gravitation.
Prerequisite: Placement into WR 115 (or higher), or completion of WR 090 (or higher); and placement into MTH 252 (or higher), or completion of MTH 251 (or higher); or consent of instructor. (All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.)
