RUS 102 - First Year Russian, Term 2

Introduces the Russian language (including listening, speaking, reading and writing) and culture (including geography, customs, daily life, heritage and literature), facilitated by the study of vocabulary, grammar, short readings and guided conversation. Instructor and students use Russian as the primary language of class.

Prerequisite: Placement into WR 115  or higher; or completion of WR 090  (or concurrent enrollment), or WR 115  (or higher); or consent of instructor. (All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better.)
Recommended: RUS 101 , or one year of high school Russian. (With a grade of C or better.)
