BA 235 - Procurement for State and Local Governments

Provides a basic understanding of pertinent topics and influences that shape the public procurement profession. Includes fundamentals of public procurement: competition, impartiality and openness, effective use of public funds, innovation, and flexibility.
Recommended: Placement into RD 090 and WR 121 ; and completion of BA 101 with a grade of C or better.
