BLD 142 - International Residential Codes 2

Lecture Hours: 3
Credit Hours: 3

Covers the floor, wall, roof, chimney, electrical, and energy conservation provisions of the International Residential Specialty Code (Chapters 5 through 11) as it relates to residential construction and other applicable codes. Emphasis placed on lateral bracing provisions and preparation to take the ICC Residential Building Inspector Certification Exam.

Prerequisite: BLD 141  with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor.
