Includes the principles of organizing, planning, and administering a procedure program; methods of carrying out individual systems and procedures studies; procedure analysis and improvement techniques; the role of systems and procedures in business management; systems charting; work simplification and measurement. Brings together project elements and milestones using industry best practices to create specifications for an information systems project.

Prerequisite: Second-year standing In the Computer Systems and Information Technology program.
