ENL 031P - Basic English Pronunciation 1

Lecture Hours: 3

Introduces basic principles of American English pronunciation. Focuses on developing a pronunciation plan using a dictionary to pronounce words, pronouncing English vowels and consonants, syllables, word endings, and word stress. Designed for non-native English speakers at the low intermediate level. 

Prerequisite: Placement by ESOL program specialist.
