Covers the influence of organizational culture, values, and societal issues on leadership effectiveness. Introduces the concepts of learning organizations, organizational health, defenses, and change. Examines how a leader moves an organization from vision to action.

Prerequisite: CJ 103 with criminal history clearance; or current professional in the field; or consent of instructor.
