FRP 153 - Fire Incident Related Experience 3

Lab Hours: 9
Credit Hours: 3

Introduces new skills and a practicum to function safely and effectively as an integral member of a firefighting team and successfully pass testing for Firefighter 1. Includes a practicum for NFPA Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator and NFPA Apparatus Equipped with Fire Pump certification. Students completing the course will take written and task performance tests for NFPA Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator.

Prerequisite: FRP 152  with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor.
