Introduces the concepts and techniques of digital image manipulation and correction.

Prerequisite: Previous computer experience; or consent of instructor.
Student Learning Outcomes:

Correct and retouch images
Use correct image file saving formats.
Use image resizing and crop tools.
Use masks, filters, layers, selections, and typographic tools.
Use levels, and basic color adjustments.
Select appropriate color modes.
Interpret copyright laws and ethics related to digital media.
Use standard industry terminology to discuss digital concepts and techniques.
