The Renewable Energy Management degree coursework prepares students for employment designing, installing, and managing renewable energy systems. You may find work with national and international installation contractors in the areas of marketing and sales, materials estimating, and sizing and design. Students in this program follow the first-year curriculum of the Electronics Engineering Technician degree.

During the second year, students of the Renewable Energy Management degree take coursework covering solar, wind, biomass, hydroelectric, and geothermal energy systems. A course in energy management systems will provide a capstone experience for students.

If you have questions about the program requirements or would like to tour Chemeketa’s electronics laboratory, contact Program Chair Charles Sekafetz at 503.399.6254, chuck.sekafetz@chemeketa.edu.
