APR 166D Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Basic Installation Lecture Hours: 4 Lab Hours: 2 Credits: 5
Presents related training material consistent with the minimum skill requirements of the sheet metal trade. Includes common layout methods, roof drainage components, and miscellaneous ventilation fittings.
Prerequisite: APR 166C with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor. Student Learning Outcomes:
- Fabricate duct fittings using triangulation
- Fabricate duct fittings using radial line development.
- Fabricate duct fittings using parallel line development.
