APR 266I Sheetmetal Apprenticeship-Radial Line Development Lecture Hours: 4 Lab Hours: 2 Credits: 5
Presents related training materials consistent with the minimum skill requirements of the sheet metal trade applicable to sheet metal fabrication and layout of various fittings. Includes triangulation and pattern development methods.
Prerequisite: APR 266H with a grade of C or better; or consent of instructor. Student Learning Outcomes:
- Describe the principles, use, and types of fittings.
- Use math to develop patterns on paper to fabricate fittings.
- Follow safety protocols to keep safe on the job while following OSHA code and other standards.
